Important First Steps
Login to the Exhibitor Portal on MYS to access all the things you’ll need to prepare for the show. You will need to create your own unique password the first time you login. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]
Things to do/view in your Exhibitor Portal:
- Update your online Show Directory listing
- Register for your Exhibitor Badges once you've created your own unique password
- Visit the Resource section for key exhibit information like logistics, shipping, deadlines, and other exhibitor services
- Invite customers to the WWETT Show to visit your booth
- And more!

- Once you have entered your email address, if you have already created a password, you will be prompted to enter your password. If you do not remember your password, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
- If you have not already created a password, when you enter your email address, the system will send you a link to create your password.
- Please note all emails sent to create a password will be sent from ‘[email protected]’. If you do not receive the email, please check all spam/junk folders and verify ‘[email protected]’ is whitelisted in your email settings.
Your company’s badge allotment is determined by the square footage of the exhibit space you have purchased. There is a charge for exceeding the badge allotment of $50 per additional badge. Paid exhibitor badges are non-refundable.

Exhibitor Badges will provide access to:
- Show floor during setup/move-out hours, and all exhibit floor show hours
- The Welcome Party
- The Keynote Speaker Presentation
- Does NOT include conference sessions or tours. You can add these at an additional cost.
The ESM is now a Resources section within your dashboard. It is still your one-stop guide to show information, rules & regulations, shipping and move-in information, and ordering carpet, furniture, etc. for your booth. You can also order Internet, Electricity, and Lead Retrieval from here. This will be available in the fall.
New to The WWETT Show? Check out all the benefits you will receive as a first-time exhibitor:
We have partnered with VIP Guest Invites which can be accessed via the Exhibitor Portal once available or through a custom email sent to you, to offer personalized custom invites, including a code for discounted passes. Once you log into your personalized dashboard, you can send email and social media invitations to your customers using our WWETT Show branding to promote your presence at the show. For questions regarding VIP Guest Invites, you can contact [email protected].
You can visit the hotel page anytime to check hotel information. Through our official hotel partner, onPeak, we provide reduced rates and travel discounts for your trip to The WWETT Show. Note that onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.

You will want to update your online listing as soon as possible. Your online exhibitor directory listing includes:
- A company description of up to 500 characters long
- Up to ten product category boxes to assist in attendee searches
- Company URL
Please ask your Account Manager about upgrades and sponsorship opportunities. Login to your Exhibitor Portal and click on Edit Booth Info to begin.
