OnPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by the WWETT Show. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.
It has come to our attention that several hotel agencies have presented themselves as hotel booking agencies for the WWETT Show and have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to make hotel reservations using their services. Please note: onPeak, formerly Travel Planners is the only official hotel agent for WWETT Show in Indianapolis. No other hotel company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of WWETT Show.
Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges, incorrect hotel placement, or inflated room rates for other conference participants. We know plans change so that’s why there are no fees for changes and no full pre-payment required at the time of booking—unlike most other booking channels.
Low Rates & Cost Savings
onPeak negotiates the lowest available rates with our hotel partners, below their rack rate, and at a variety of price points. In exchange for rates lower than the standard negotiated rates, the hotel benefits from earlier reservation commitments while the show’s attendees and exhibitors can take advantage of the cost-savings. It’s a win-win!
onPeak is closely tuned into Indianapolis' ever-changing hotel landscape. If rate reductions are needed on rates that have already been negotiated, we will make sure to execute.
Best Rate Pledge
onPeak has a strong relationship with the hotel industry, allowing the WWETT Show to negotiate deep discounts on your behalf. Contracted deals are extremely hard to beat. However, if a lower rate is found, we’ll do everything in our power to make sure you’re getting the best deal, even re-confirming your reservation at the new lower rate.
