You can visit the Hotel & Travel page anytime to check hotel information. Through our official housing partner, onPeak, we provide reduced hotel rates and travel discounts for your trip to WWETT. Note that onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with the show and entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.

  • (312) 527-7300 – International

Look out for scammers!

You may get emails claiming to be the WWETT hotel provider. But beware – they’re 100% not legit and can cost you money and leave you without a place to stay.

All exhibitors have an Exhibitor listing that includes contact information, an online link, a description area, and product categories. Access your listing from the Exhibitor Portal, (instructions are above)

Once you are logged in, click on Description under the Complete Your Profile section.  Also don’t forget to add your Product Categories. Additionally, see how you can stand out from the crowd with upgraded Exhibitor Digital Listing Packages.

On the home page in the Exhibitor Portal there is a tile near the bottom that says Helpful Resources. This includes previous communications and webinar recordings as well as a how-to library of videos and more. This is also available on the Exhibitor Resources page of the website.

Per strict corporate privacy policy, we do not provide any attendee list. If you get an email offering you a list of WWETT Show attendees, it is a scam and not legitimate. We do offer a dedicated eblast that we will send out to all registered attendees on your behalf. Contact your sales representative to learn more.

On the home page in the Exhibitor Portal there is a button that links to your Customer Invitations Dashboard. From there you will find your promo code that invites can use for a free expo pass. You also have access to banners, graphics and emails to send out that are customized with your logo and booth #.
